        How to Make Crispy Kombadi Vadas
        📝 Ingredients:
        •500 g Spiced Flour Mix for Kombadi Vada
        •Salt – as per taste
        •Fresh chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
        •Hot water – 200 to 250 ml
        •Oil – for deep frying
        👩‍🍳 Instructions:
        ✔ In a large mixing bowl, add the spiced flour mix, salt, and chopped coriander.
        ✔ Boil 200 to 250 ml of water.
        ✔ Gradually pour the boiling water into the flour mixture, stirring continuously.
        ✔ Once the mixture cools slightly, knead it into a tight, smooth dough.
        ✔ Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them to form round puris.
        ✔ Deep-fry in hot oil on medium flame until golden brown and crispy.
        ✔ Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

        •Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying to avoid sogginess
