When Can You Cancel Your Order?

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is on its way, we won’t be able to cancel it.
If you’ve paid in advance, don’t worry – you’ll get a full refund once the cancellation is confirmed.

How to Cancel Your Order:

Reach Out to Us: Just call or email us with your order details as soon as you decide to cancel.
Quick Confirmation: We’ll check the status and confirm the cancellation right away.

Refund Process:

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
For cash-on-delivery orders, no refund is needed as payment hasn’t been collected yet.
